Greyton's Famous Saturday Morning Market


Every Saturday morning at ten o'clock Greyton's Market Square is abuzz with activity, where people flock to buy the freshest home produce of all descriptions.

 
Petro and Thor make the famous yoghurt cheese (Labneh) seeped in olive oil and flavoured with herbs and spices and made freshly every week. Also plain low-fat yoghurt, farm butter and other preserves   Mike brings a sample nursery to the market... home-grown on his farm
 

Greyton's famous lemon products include Davida's lemon sorbet and pancakes baked on site by Bram and filled with delicious lemon cheese (curd) that is also available in bottles to take home; and home made lemon cordial made by Kay.

  Also on offer are Marika's delightful cakes and pastries - don't get trampled in the rush!
 
Sybil's herb plants are on sale (this is Roy!) alongside beautifully embroidered cloths of all descriptions   Laurette's pestos are famous, so get there early - or buy some of Val's tried-and-tested home-made jams and preservatives.
